After being told by several heating engineers after our initial appointments that our wishes were impossible to fulfill, Gardemeier was our last hope of finally getting our dream of a pellet/log combination heating system realized. Mr. Gardemeier saw no problems during the initial site visit and acted in a solution-oriented and proactive manner. Thanks to his excellent network in the industry, we quickly received a quote that perfectly matched our requirements. The work (our house had no heating system before, so EVERYTHING had to be done) started on time as agreed; the Gardemeier employees did an impeccable job! Always punctual, extremely hardworking, highly solution-oriented, and very friendly. The work site was left spotless at the end of every workday. Mr. Gardemeier was always available, regularly checked in to see if everything was alright, and even pitched in to help when it came to moving the heavy burners, etc., into the basement despite the challenging conditions. The relationship between the owner and his employees was warm and friendly; there was a consistently positive atmosphere. We believe this is an extremely important aspect! For our next project (bathroom renovation), this is the only company we'll consider! Many thanks to Gardemeier!

I have had a positive relationship with Gardemeier, my plumbing and heating contractor, since the very beginning in 1994. All my previous requests and projects were successfully implemented to a high standard after careful consideration of the pros and cons. The most recent major project in March 2025, replacing my gas heating system with a modern Bruderus heat pump, went smoothly, thanks in no small part to the exceptional dedication of our installer, Mr. Dietrich. He deserves our special thanks! I hope Gardemeier continues to thrive for many years to come; I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

Our heating system needed replacing. Incidentally, it was originally installed by Gardemeier in 1992. From the initial consultation to the on-time completion, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. A big thank you also to Daniel Dietrich. We can wholeheartedly recommend them.

We've already completed three projects with Gardemeier. Starting with the installation of our new heating system, which went completely smoothly from the initial consultation to the final installation. Then there was the construction of two new bathrooms in our house. We can wholeheartedly recommend Gardemeier. Their competent advice, patience, and above all, their expertise set them apart. The price is debatable, but as they say, quality comes at a price.

Our story began with the search for a plumber, but we called two plumbers and asked if they could install a new heating system for us. Unfortunately, without success. Neither of them got back to us. Then we searched online and came across Volker Gardemeier. We emailed him and explained everything, and the very next day he called. Mr. Gardemeier came by to take a look around, and we really did have a few things we wanted done. And what can we say? Everything worked out perfectly! 👍 😉 Mr. Volker, the plumber, arrived right on time as agreed and quickly removed the old heating system, along with everything else, and did a lot more. He installed new radiators with new copper pipes in three rooms, running the pipes through the ceilings to reach rooms outside the house. We are very satisfied and happy that everything worked out so well. It's a blessing that we found Gardemeier. The customer is truly king there! 👍❤️ Thank you so much! 😊

Our heat pump project was a complete success from start to finish. Project planning and expert advice were provided by Mr. Gardemeier and a technician from Buderus. The planning was clearly structured and tailored to our requirements. Communication with the company was consistently friendly and professional. The removal of the gas boiler and the installation of the heat pump were carried out precisely and cleanly. All deadlines and agreements were met. The heat pump was configured in cooperation with service technician Mr. Diedrich and ourselves. The operating instructions were also clear, easy to understand, and expertly delivered. We are very grateful to Mr. Diedrich for his excellent work as a tradesman. The heat pump has been working reliably since its commissioning. It does exactly what it does best: it pumps heat into the house and provides hot water. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Gardemeier and can recommend them without reservation.

We had a complete bathroom renovation done and are very happy with the result. From planning to completion, the project was structured and ran smoothly. The individual trades deserve special mention: The tilers worked with extreme precision, resulting in a very high-quality finish. The electricians also did an excellent job – clean work, well-thought-out solutions, and everything technically flawless. The same applies to the painting: neat, clean, and executed with great care. It's clear that experienced professionals who understand their craft and value quality were at work. The coordination between the trades was exceptionally good, and the entire process was very reliable. The price is in the upper range, to be honest. But in return, you get excellent craftsmanship and a final result that is truly impressive. Overall, a highly recommended company for anyone who prioritizes quality over the lowest price.
